Legal document preparers (LDPs) are licensed by the state of Arizona to provide legal document services to clients at a far lower cost than lawyers. Certified LDPs cannot provide legal advice as an attorney would, but they can provide legal information to help you determine the best options.
Often, a lawyer is not required, and an LDP is a great option to help you save money. When using an LDP you will still receive the correctly executed legal documents you need.
Senior Planning, an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer (AZCLDP), offers a complete selection of legal documents related to long term care and estate planning. We can assist with most situations requiring trusts and can even offer assistance with probate. Our consultations are free and we will tell you right away if we cannot help you.

Wondering whether you need a lawyer? It depends on your specific needs and case. While lawyers offer legal advice and you may consult one for a complex legal issue, it may not be worth it to pay attorney fees if you simply need documents (such as a trust, POA, or a will).
Handling paperwork is our area of expertise. If your legal document matter is beyond our scope, we can refer you to a lawyer in the required field.
Our care-finding service is FREE of charge. More robust ALTCS services may require a fee.
